Scope – Working alongside Neal Kingdom at the National Trust, ARB Architecture undertook various works on the estate, from re-roofing works on the grade I listed manor house, cottage and farmhouse refurbishments on the estate to new disability access schemes for the visitor hub.

Scope – ARB Architecture were appointed to gain the necessary heritage consent to completely re-roof the property and undertake urgent repairs to the historic fabric of this grade II listed property. We worked closely with the National Trust building surveyor Paul Wyle to tender the works and provide any on-site technical support.

Scope – Provide a feasibility and options appraisal for a new visitor hub, retail and cafe facilities for Knightshayes Court, a grade II gothic revival country house.

Scope – Dealing with listed consents, contractor selection and contract administration for the National Trust, to re-roof the rather splendid grade II listed Victorian Farm Barns.

Scope – A planning and listed building application to install an artist studio in the grounds of this grade I listed manor house, which dates from the 13th century.

Scope – The National Trust commissioned ARB Architecture for a number of works at Overbecks, from a Quinquennial Survey, to a Feasibility Study for conversion and planning and conservation approval for a clever extension to the car park facilities at the site.
