ARB Architecture Ltd were appointed by The National trust to undertake a condition report for Glebe House, a Grade II Listed property located to the south east of the main Grade II Listed house of Arlington Court. Glebe House served as the former rectory for the estate church.

It is a largely intact regency style house and was build around 1825. it is a stucco-faced property with a natural slate roof and is found with semi-circular ends and deep eaves.

The tenant has allowed the property to fall into dis-repair and The National Trust needed a substantial report to refer back to Historic England and look to take legal action over much needed repairs. ARB Architectures report provided informative guidance on repairs with approximate cost to provide NT assistance.
