Compass Cottage is an attractive three bedroom detached stone cottage set into a steep headland overlooking the mouth of the Dart estuary on the edge of Dartmouth, South Devon. The cottage was built around 1850 but is not listed.
It stands on the South West Coast Path (SWCP), surrounded by National Trust land with beautiful views particularly from the first floor. The cottage is within walking distance of the busy tourist destination of Dartmouth.
Due to the property being vacant for some years, a backlog of repairs had built up and we were appointed to renovate and extend the property.
